The prince of Christmas cakes, Panettone Perbellini is made according to a unique family recipe guarded by 130 years of tradition.
A new addition to the Perbellini Family, the Panettone chocolate and orange combines the freshness of the pieces of candied orange from Sicily with the sweetness of small drops of Central-America chocolate. A final touch is given by Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
This time- and labour-intensive cake is created using the finest carefully selected ingredients. The dough is leavened for 24 hours – so nature can leaven the dough before baking and then allow enough resting time before we can let you taste. It is then tastefully wrapped and traditionally hand-tied with a dried grape vine as a handle – an elegant and delicious holiday gift!
