Versatile fruit liqueur made with wild berries in the Northern Region of Emilia-Romagna from the producer Caselli.
A real pleasure to taste, enjoy the many wild blueberries and the liquorish taste.
Serve it straight after a meal, also fresh in Summer. Use it for cocktails or to create a Strawberry Spritz – mix it with Prosecco for example. Why not to use it as a topping for ice cream or to add a scent to your fruits salads?
An infusion of wild strawberries is directly put into the bottle to obtain the liquor.
Francesco Caselli, has the same name of his grand-grand father who established the Distilleria in 1860.
